THE LAND IS KEPT FREE OF PESTICIDES AND CHEMICAL FERTILISERS WERE FARMING ANIMALS ARE GRASS FED AND FREE TO ROAM. ALL GOURMET PRODUCTS ARE SPECIALLY MADE IN SMALL QUANTITIES AND TO THEIR STRINGENT QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS USING ORGANICALLY AND ETHICALLY GROWN PIGS, POULTRY AND TROUT.
